Terms and Conditions - Rug Promotion

1. The rug promotion is valid from 25th June 2023 to 31st August 2023 ("Promotion Period").

2. The promotion is open to customers located within a 20km radius of Lilydale.

3. To qualify for the free rug, customers must purchase a minimum of 50 square meters of flooring from CVT Flooring, either for DIY installation or professional installation by CVT Flooring.

4. The free rug offered is a Bayliss Rug from the Canyon, Franklin, or Argentina range, subject to the availability of stock. The rug size is 160cm x 230cm.

5. Customers must specify their choice of rug from the eligible ranges at the time of purchase.

6. The free rug is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

7. Installation services provided by CVT Flooring are subject to separate terms and conditions.

8. CVT Flooring reserves the right to substitute the free rug with an alternative of similar value and style if the chosen rug is unavailable.

9. The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless specified.

10. CVT Flooring reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

11. CVT Flooring is not responsible for any typographical or printing errors in the promotion materials.

12. The promotion is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

13. By participating in the promotion, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information to CVT Flooring.

14. CVT Flooring reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any individuals who do not comply with the terms and conditions.

15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
